Welcome!
Make sure you come out to support our Golden Eagles as we take on Trimble at Ralph Holder Stadium Friday Night! We want to be sure to show some love to all of our Fall seniors on Senior Night and let them know how much we appreciate all of their hard work and dedication over the last 4 years. So get out here and cheer on our football team, cheerleaders, and of course the Pride of Belpre. They've all been working really hard, so let's get out and show them some love and support! See you all Friday!!!!!!

Dear Belpre City Schools families,  In Belpre City Schools, student well-being is a top priority. To support this, Belpre City Schools has partnered with Character Lab, a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing scientific insights to help kids thrive, to learn more about our students’ development. Belpre City Schools leaders will use the results from Character Lab activities to inform new strategies to support students' academic success and well-- being. Students participate in activities that take no more than 30 minutes twice a year.  Character Lab activities focus on developing character strengths such as gratitude, curiosity, and a growth mindset. Character Lab also supports students’ needs by providing insights like Character Lab Playbooks and Tips that are designed to support all aspects of student thriving: emotional, academic, social, and physical.  All students in grades 7-12 will be able to participate in the two rounds of Character Lab activities this school year; during the fall and spring. Activities will take place during one of the following dates:   Fall 2023: Monday, October 16th, 2023  Spring 2023: Thursday, April 4th, 2024 Character Lab activities are completely voluntary and optional. Families that do not want their child to participate can contact Belpre High School at (740) 423-3000 to notify their preference. Families who previously opted out of their child from participating in Character Lab activities do not have to resubmit an opt-out form. Students may also opt out of participation before or even during activities. There is no penalty for doing so.  Sincerely, Michael W. Seebaugh, M.A.Ed., LSW BCS School Research Lead

OSU Washington County Junior Farmers Market visited Belpre Elementary School! They learned about different fruits and vegetables and eating healthy. They had a variety of stations ranging from soil to taste testing chips and salsa and infused water. It was an amazing day. The students loved it!
