Belpre boys drop a tough one to 18-2 Williamstown tonight. The fellas played tough all night and refused to quit despite giving up a lot of depth to a really talented team. We actually outscored Williamstown in the second half. Really proud of the fight tonight. The boys were led by Derek Liston with 25! Junior Bass and Chris Copen both finished in double figure with 17 and 10 respectively. The JV team pulled out an exciting 1 point win led by Malik Currie with 16! Would love to see everyone come out and pack the gym Friday night as the boys play Waterford for a share of the TVC championship for the first time in 12 years! Get out there and support these guys and make Joe Garrett Court as loud as possible! #GOEAGLES #BELPREPRIDE

Sorry for the late update but wanted to shout-out the last couple of nights of girls hoops. On Monday night the girls had a huge win at Morgan Co 62-49! Haley Alloway led the way with 24 points followed by Gracie Bills with 16! JV also had a big win led by Natalee Saling with 25! Awesome job ladies! Last night we celebrated the 8th grade girls at 8th grade night. While the score didn't work out in our favor the girls hustled until the end and really fought hard! We'll miss them at the Jr Higj level but can't wait to see what their future holds at the high school!

Students in the 3D Creations and Robotics & Engineering classes had the opportunity last week to visit Micro Machine Works in Barlow and the Appalachian Ohio Manufacturing Coalition Support Center in Marietta to explore training and career opportunities that relate to what they are learning in class. We appreciate these businesses for being willing to connect with our youth and for providing a very unique and engaging hands-on experience!
