Today, students in the Friday LIFE Option had the exciting opportunity to take a cooking class at The Changed Plate in Belpre! They learned to prepare delicious dishes, including mushroom risotto, chicken piccata, and panzanella salad, and we hope they bring these new culinary skills home. A heartfelt thank you to The Changed Plate at Memorial Health System for sharing such a valuable skill with our students!

Thank you, Sgt. McDaniel, for visiting with our kindergarten students today.

Picture day is Wednesday!

Today, Belpre High School welcomed back alumna Lydia White, now a student at the Columbus College of Art and Design (CCAD)! Lydia, along with her fellow CCAD student Grace Campbell, spoke with our juniors and seniors in the LIFE program, sharing insights about their college experiences and creative journeys. It’s inspiring to see our graduates achieving great things and motivating our current students to follow their passions!

Thank you to the Belpre Area Veterans for volunteering their time with our high school students yesterday to conduct a Flag Retirement Ceremony at Belpre High School. After instructing students on the proper protocol, these veterans and our students retired 176 American flags.

Congratulations to our BHS academic achievers for the first quarter!

Honoring our Veterans is such an important part of our school year. Please see the attached for events happening at Belpre Elementary and Belpre High School.

Belpre's Portrait of a Graduate emphasizes supporting students to be Hopeful and Goal-Oriented, and you are shining examples of these important competencies!

The future is definitely bright! Great season to all of the athletes and coaches! Can't wait to see what the future holds!
What a way to end the season. The true definition of what hard work will do. These kids went to work back in January, put hours in the weight room, and spent several hot summer days on the practice field. They dedicated themselves to the program and believed in the process. They came together as TEAM and got better every day. The future of Belpre football is bright.

Awesome season everyone! We are proud of all of you! Keep pushing Johnny!

Johnny earned the title of All-District with his time of 17:12 and 11th place finish. Athletes who ran PRs today were Anna Miller, Addy Stewart, Lila Dugan, Johnny Miller, Brayden McDaniel, Maddox Crum, Paxton Hudnall-Bolian, and Michael Bills. We are so proud of every member of the team and appreciate all of their hard work this season. Best of luck to Johnny who will compete next Saturday at 10:00 AM.
